Product Assurance:

BCN carefully reviews and selects the products we present to you. The working relationship we have developed with all the manufacturers whose products we offer allows us access to technical and product analysis information not otherwise available. All products are guaranteed against manufacturer's defects and you can be assured that the manufacturers we represent provide true and accurate label information and product claims. In other words, you do get what you are paying for.

Return Policy:

Any returns must be received within 30 days of our shipping date. Unwanted items must be returned in unopened, resalable condition within 30 days. If you have refused the package or return it within 15 days, there is no restocking fee, otherwise, returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refunded.

All returns must be preauthorized and show the RA number on the package.

Please call to make arrangements for returning items, to obtain the appropriate return address, and to obtain an RA number.
