Background: Standardization is a term that has lost much meaning within the industry.  The problem is that there are several ways to "standardize" an herb, and most focus on a single property or component to the exclusion of the full range of the plant's constituents and properties.  In effect, for many producers, standardization means isolating a specific component.  When this occurs you are no longer taking an herb, but a diminished form of the herb and an isolate component of the herb.

Traditional use of herbs is based on quality, not chemical processing and manipulation of the herb to make it into something else.  With Full Spectrum Concentration, the full range of the herb is extracted using pure clean water.  Through a unique low temperature process, the plant's oils and resins are extracted, and through multiple cycles additional constituents are naturally extracted while reducing the water content.  Specially handled to preserve the volatile components, the liquefied material is then concentrated and, using an ultra high speed spray dryer, made into a fine powder.
