Shipping Within the United States

All regular orders are shipped by FedEx ground service for $7.25, including all handling charges, within the continental US. [Note: 90-Day Cleansing Kits, due to weight and product discounts, is $11.25 for FedEx Ground service. This is the only exception.]

HI, AK, and US Territories cannot be shipped via Ground service, and are shipped via Overnight, 2-Day or economy (3-day) service, depending upon our selection, and are charged at the current (discounted) FedEx rate plus a $2.50 handling charge.

For all packages, FedEx 1, 2, or 3 day service is available if requested. Delivery charges are based on our cost (discounted FedEx rate) plus a $2.50 handling fee.

Except for Ground service, all FedEx charges are based upon package weight and size, and destination address.

International Shipping Rates

FedEx International is used for all international orders. Rates are calculated based upon actual FedEx charges (at BCN's discounted prices), plus the service fees for international documentation required with each package. You will be notified by e-mail of these charges prior to completing your order and will be requested to acknowledge your acceptance of these charges, in writing, prior to shipment (see below).

Please note that the following conditions apply to all international orders:

Although we can advise you of our experience with shipping to many countries, it is your responsibility to check with your country's customs office regarding the import of any products you order from BCN. You as the importer are responsible for any import restrictions, prohibited import items, taxes, tariffs, customs charges, fees, duties, or any other charges relating to the shipment of your package.

As a commercial shipper, BCN is required to include with each order a Commercial Invoice, which includes full disclosure of all items in the package, ingredients and prices charged to you.

As a customer, you are an importer and responsible to comply with International, National or local laws regulating importation of products that you may purchase. If an order sent by BCN to you is refused delivery or seized by customs due to unauthorized ingredients or contents, Beachwood Canyon, Naturally, Ltd. (BCN) is not to be held responsible for any losses or costs incurred by you, the customer. If the shipment is abandoned or discarded by customs, you will not receive a refund or credit of any kind.

In a case where we receive a return of any shipment refused by customs authorities of any country, BCN will credit the customer for 80% of the value of the unopened and untampered with products purchased. Note: You are still responsible for the shipping charges to deliver the package to you, and for any shipping charges incurred for the return of the package. (Please note that the return shipping charges are often equal to or MORE than the charges quoted to you for delivery.)

The countries and information list below is provided as a guide and does not guarantee problem free delivery to any country, since occasionally problems can occur with any shipment. By ordering, you agree to be bound by these terms and agree to be responsible for any charges incurred by BCN relating to your package.

In the event an order is returned to BCN by Customs, refund is limited to 80% of purchase price of the product returned, to cover our handling and re-stocking costs. Shipping (both initial cost and return costs) and handling for such returned orders is not refundable.

Countries We Have Shipped To Without Problems

We ship to many countries. Below is a list of those countries we have experienced little or no problems with.

•  Australia (Import duties may be high, depending on product. High dose items may be held by customs. Please check if you are not sure.)
•  New Zealand (Import duties may be high, depending on product. High dose items may be held by customs. Please check if you are not sure.)

Special Countries

Some countries have special import requirements for nutritional supplements. Below is a list of those instances we have encountered.

Canada: Shipped via FedEx International Economy. We do not ship by ground service to Canada. Canadian customs regulations prohibit us from shipping Melatonin, DHEA, rHGH and any other hormone products.

Columbia: Customs requires an import license before entry of the product is granted. The customer must fax a copy of the license to BCN before placing an order.

Germany: Requires an import license, usually from a doctor or pharmacy, for virtually any supplements. BCN has recently sent 90-Day Cleansing Kits to Germany which were delivered without problems, however, the risk of customs preventing delivery is at your own risk. We do not suggest combining other supplements with the same shipment as a cleansing kit.

Greece: Customs requires an import license before entry of the product is granted. The customer must fax a copy of the license before placing an order.

Hong Kong: Customs requires an import license before entry of the product. The customer must fax a copy of the license before placing an order.

Israel: In the past customs has allowed part of a shipment to be delivered and rejected/seized other items in the same package without explanation. Please check to be sure all items you are ordering will be allowed entry.

Mexico: All orders placed from Mexico require a health permit from the Ministry of Health.

Norway: Many products are not allowed entry. Please be sure that what you are ordering is allowed.

Spain: Most supplements are stopped by customs. Prior authorization from Customs must accompany any order.

Thailand: Customs requires an import license in addition to an authorization from the Ministry of Health.

Countries we do not ship to:

Most other countries present customs problems and many do not allow the import of health supplements of any kind. In particular, we do not ship to:

Italy: We do not ship to Italy.

France: We have had some packages stopped by French Customs without explanation.

Indonesia: We do not ship to Indonesia.

Nigeria: We do not ship to Nigeria.

Philippines: We do not ship to the Philippines.

International Credit Card Orders:

On first time orders, or if you use a different credit card on subsequent orders, you will be required to submit a Letter of Authorization (BCN will supply you with this form via e-mail), stating that Beachwood Canyon, Naturally, Ltd. has your permission to charge your account. In addition, you will be required to supply a legible and readable photocopy of both the front and back of your credit card. This is to verify that you are the holder of the credit card and that it is in your possession.

(Note: The photocopy does not provide any more information than we need to process the order. This simply demonstrates that the card is, in fact, in your position and that the name on the card matches the order information. If there is a security code on the card, to protect the integrity of this security feature, please block this code out prior to sending us the photocopy.)

You may also be asked for Address Verification, in the form of a copy of your billing statement (just the top section showing the billing address and bank information, and the last 4 digits of your credit card showing.), or other official mail, such as a utility bill. This is to prevent someone from using your credit card to ship to a different address. (Unlike US banks which provide phone and electronic verification, these methods are not available for international credit cards.) We apologize in advance for this inconvenience, however, the high and rising fraud rate for international internet sales has forced us to take extra precautions to protect both BCN and our valued customers.
