BCN carefully reviews and selects the products we present to you. The working relationship we have developed with all the manufacturers whose products we offer allows us access to technical and product analysis information not otherwise available. All products are guaranteed against manufacturer's defects and you can be assured that the manufacturers we represent provide true and accurate label information and product claims. In other words, you do get what you are paying for.
Any returns must be IN OUR OFFICE within 30 days of our shipping date. Unwanted items must be returned in unopened, resalable condition within 30 days from the day the package was shipped to you, and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you have refused the package or return it so that it is RECEIVED in our office within 15 days from the day the package was shipped to you, there is no restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refunded. All returns must be PREAUTHORIZED and show the RA number, clearly, in large letters, on the package. Please see our catalog, your sales receipt, or the refund policy package insert for additional information.

What information do we collect?

How do we protect your information?

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
